I have watched this movie several months ago. I remember this only presented as internal of Kodak initially. I think the movie is kindly sad.....
Can old dog play new tricks? I have no idea so far. I believe Kodak needs to work harder to jump out its almost fixed culture.....some what similar with Detroit Three stuck on its own past success.....
Giid point, Sean.
I am not even sure that Kodak is the company that created it. It is somewhat vague but raises issues of adaptation under fast-changing conditions.
I believe that Kodak's success limited its future strategic plan implementation. Especially the time Kodak decided to go digital was so early that not everyone can actually feel the crisis is on the way.
